Performances will be at 8:30p.m. Thursdays and 7p.m. Sundays. Tickets are $20. Written by Andy Shultz, "Don’t Go Breaking My Heart" follows an evening in the home of Alan and Diane, where she’s hosting her girlfriends in the house while Alan has a poker game with the guys in the garage. What unfolds is learning each side’s point of view on love, life, marriage and everything in between until all hell inevitably breaks loose. Gloves come off, battles ensue and a big secret is learned that no one saw coming. Who will you cheer for? Shultz is a playwright from Agoura Hills, CA. His original works “The Bereaved” and “Lonely at the Top” were produced at ZJU Theater in North Hollywood in 2015. Audiences left fascinated and praising the show and its star Micah Cover for his talent, wit and charisma. With all the excitement and buzz surrounding the show, who knows if a revival of it could be in the cards in the future. Stay tuned for it here! In the mean time, enjoy stills from the weekend's shows below. Force of Nature is at it again, now targeting original short plays and music for their "RUSH" play festival series. The idea is to feature the talents from the FON Artist roster by creating an evening of original short plays and music, each written by different writers and musicians within a 2-3 week window, from start to finish. Each "RUSH" will have a specific theme and it will also gives company members interested in directing, light and sound design and other areas of production, the opportunity to do so, under the guidance of Artistic Director Sebastian Muñoz and other members of the Core Group.
The "RUSH" series had its 1st show, aptly titled "1st RUSH," last night, May 6th at the Archway Theatre in North Hollywood, CA. It was directed by Sebastian Muñoz and Andy Shultz with plays from Adam Neubauer, Steven Alloway, Tom Misuraca and Shultz. It features Vanessa Cate, Jennifer Chun, Michael Guthrie, Deirdre Anderson, Leif LaDuke, Sasha Snow, Lauren Parkinson-Kruze, Michelle Danyn and Ian Heath with original music by Guthri, LaDuke and Snow. The event is 2 nights only and you can catch closing night today, May 7th @8PM. If you're not available, be advised that "2nd RUSH" is due out sometime in July 2016! IT WILL SELL OUT FAST! There was an unearthly wind blowing the evening of Thursday, April 14th 2016 in North Hollywood, CA. This did not keep a "soul" away from the premiere of Force of Nature's 1st theatrical endeavor, "Demonic Housewives" at the Archway Theatre. The cast delivered a strong performance to a sold-out crowd and then came back on Sunday, April 17th, to deliver a one-two punch of sharp humor and delicious evil to another sold out audience. Audiences cheered. Cast and crew celebrated. And in the end everyone was happy to see Thomas J. Misuraca's script come to life with the strong and amazing talents of Redetha Deason, Beth Fisher, Monet Hendricks, Lara Fisher, Caitlin McCormick, Lee Quarrie, Suzie Heaton, Aubrey Manning, Anne Westcott, Elif Savas and Jennifer Novak Chun. Directed by FONPRODS founder Sebastian Muñoz, Assistant Directed by Angelia Weitzman and Staged Managed by Jahel Corban Caldera. In the end, the winds seized, the dust settled and all was well in the quaint little town of Hobsville... excuse me North Hollywood.

It is a great honor as this will be the film's 7th Film Festival in the last year and a half. It previously won Best-in-Show award at PENSACON 2015 as well as garnering other awards, praise and accolades at other festivals across the country. It is a secret that audiences will discover some people are willing to kill for, when Force of Nature Productions presents the world premiere of “Demonic Housewives," April 14 through May 1, at the Archway Theatre in the North Hollywood Arts District. Performances will be at 8 p.m. Thursdays, and 7 p.m. Sundays. Tickets are $20. Written by Thomas J. Misuraca, "Demonic Housewives," follows Darcy on her visit to Hobsville to attend the funeral of her dear Aunt Wanda. What she discovers in this "dreamy" little town, is more like a nightmare, as Misuraca's dark comedy unfolds. Misuraca is an award-winning playwright (“Golden Age,” “Little Black Book”). His original works have been produced all over the world, including an Off-Off Broadway run of his musical, "Geeks!"
