FON SUBSCRIBER GUIDELINES
1) MEMBERSHIP: INDIVIDUAL Membership grants you (1) FREE ticket to all Force of Nature Productions shows during your membership time. YOU + ONE Level grants you (2) FREE Tickets. Must be paid up, current member to take advantage of benefits. FREE Ticket(s) available for all nights EXCEPT Closing Night. Maximum additional Member Discounted tickets is 2. Tickets are non-transferable. You may cancel anytime.
2) RESERVING/CANCELLING TICKETS: To guarantee your ticket(s) reservation or to cancel one, you must E-mail us at least 72 Hours ahead of the event date to fonprodsteam@gmail.com. Subject to availability for the date requested. On the subject line type "MEMBER RESERVATION." In the body, include the following:
Your Name, Membership Level, Event Name, Date and Time, and Number of Tickets requested. If you are requesting additional tickets at your Member discount, please specify there as well. Additional tickets can be paid online or at the door, if available.
3) CHARGES: By subscribing, you allow Force of Nature Productions and/or PayPal to charge your card for the yearly or monthly membership dues. You may cancel at anytime. There are no refunds and/or exchanges on already charged dues.
4) SUPPORT: If at anytime you have questions, feedback or comments about us or your Membership, please E-mail us at fonprodsteam@gmail.com. We're always here to help and ensure you have a wonderful experience with us.
